Context

CPR’s mission is to promote access to information and public participation; an honest and responsible business; human rights with a focus on freedom of assembly and of speech, refugee rights and accessibility and transparency of the judiciary. We work at the legislative level, proposing policies and regulations; we build capacities of public servants and institutions and engage with citizens, equipping them with necessary democratic skills to get involved in the decision making process. 

Objectives of the web platform

  1. Inform and engage citizens with  CPR’s work on its strategic directions, through articles, videos, campaigns, policy proposals etc. 
  2. Become an easily accessible, user-oriented, informational resource, providing a variety of instruments for public servants, elected officials, activists and citizens in general. 
  3. Present the activity of the organisation for partners and members. 

Target: 

  1. Citizens, activists, partners who have an interest in our topics;
  2. Citizens, public servants and elected officials who want to work on improving their communities and will access and use our resources;
  3. Partners and members who want to support and engage with CPR’s activities.

The Executor (the chosen company or individual) is expected to submit a proposal for the development of the platform that enables it to achieve the objectives, adjusted to the target audiences described above and to perform functionalities explained below. It is expected to develop the web-design of these functionalities, consult and approve it with the CPR team, develop the functionalities, train the CPR team to operate and to work with the platform and execute the maintenance of the platform. In addition, CPR will provide the Executor with a draft of the mockup (wireframe) with the content of the platform and other related elements such as colours, fonts and logos.

Application process

Interested companies are requested to submit their Offer in English or Romanian via email to cprmoldova@gmail.com. The application package will include the technical offer; an estimated financial offer for the development of the website (with separately indicated VAT) and a portfolio or examples of web pages previously developed.
