RCRA/Chemonics: Request for Quotations (MoldRCRA-RFQ-24005) - Events Logistics Services

USAID Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Activity (RCRA) Project is a USAID program implemented by ChemonicsInternational in Republic of Moldova. The goal of the RCRA is to stimulate a sustainable and inclusive recovery from theregional crisis brought on by the latest Russian invasion of Ukraine and accelerate an inclusive, climate-resilient economicdevelopment of rural Moldova by protecting the development gains made with USAID support over the past decade and furtherstimulate the competitiveness of key economic sectors, including the wine industry, high-value agriculture, and tourism.

As part of project activities, the USAID Rural Competitiveness and Resilience Activity (RCRA) implemented by Chemonics International in the Republic of Moldova, requires the purchase of as-needed Events Logistics Services in support of RCRA planned events.

The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit quotations from eligible Vendors for as-needed, ad hoc purchases of Events Logistics Services. As a result of this RFQ, the RCRA Project anticipates issuing a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) - or possibly multiple BPAs - to establish specific pricing levels and parameters for ordering these services. This will allow the RCRA Project to issue specific purchase orders, on an as-needed basis, for the procurement of these services over the next 12 months.

Offerors are responsible for ensuring that their offers are received by Chemonics in accordance with the instructions, terms, and conditions described in this RFQ. Failure to adhere with instructions described in this RFQ may lead to disqualification of an offer from consideration.

Offer Submission Deadline: Offers must be received no later than 18:00 local Chisinau time on April 01, 2024, by email. Any emailed offers must be emailed to MDA-RCRA-Procurement@chemonics.md.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFQ may be submitted no later than 18:00 local Chisinau time on March 28, 2024, by email to MDA-RCRA-Procurement@chemonics.md. Questions must be submitted in writing; phone calls will not be accepted. Questions and requests for clarification - and the responses thereto - that Chemonics believes may be of interest to other offerors will be circulated to all RFQ recipients who have indicated an interest in bidding.

Only the written answers issued by Chemonics will be considered official and carry weight in the RFQ process and subsequent evaluation. Any verbal information received from employees of Chemonics, or any other entity should not be considered as an official response to any questions regarding this RFQ.
