INTERNATIONAL CALL FOR TENDER

ACTED, implementing the project “Reduce the impact of the conflict on refugees in Moldova & ensure access to humanitarian assistance” under UNHCR’s funding, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for the following Works for Comrat Kindergarten rehabilitation.

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

The offer must be submitted to ACTED Logistics department in a sealed envelope marked “Not to be opened before 15/04/2024” and the Tender reference number above. If the offer is sent by email, it must state in the object “Offer for tender T/67FUN/G4Z/APC/CHS/INF/25032024-001” to the following email: moldova.tender@acted.org, cc : tender@acted.org

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A compulsory site visit of the Comrat Kindergarten at the following address: Kindergarten  NR 9, Suvorov 58a, Comrat, will be organized on the 1^st of April 2024 – 12-00 am. The site visit will be followed by an information session where all works providers are welcome to ask any questions. Site visit is compulsory to be allowed to bid for the corresponding lot.

All bids must be submitted before April 15^th  2024, at 5pm Moldovan time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 16 of April at 11AM  in the ACTED representative office in Moldova, mun Chișinău, str. Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, nr. 182, etajul 3. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed.
