CTWWC Moldova seeks an Accounting Company as Service Provider who are expected to provide following services and activities:

1. Support in the registration of the care leavers network as local NGO (asociatie obsteasca)

• Provide legal address (sediu juridic)
• Guidance and recommendation in the legal registration process with Public Services Agency (Agentia de Servicii Publice – ASP)
• Preparation of the documents needed for the registration of the NGO with ASP
• Guidance in the selection of the banking services providers
• Work closely with the CTWWC representatives and the administrator of the to-be-created NGO
• Other activities as needed

2. Accounting services

• Provide templates for various types of contracts and activities (labor contract, service provider contract for individuals and legal entities, invoice templates, other)
• Calculate taxes and social contributions, as needed for contracts and invoices
• Process invoices
• Submit reports to authorities in Moldova in ensuring full compliance with local law
• Other services as needed

The Service Provider is expected to provide quotes based on the above list of activities. If needed for the scope of work, the service provider can propose additional activities which would be needed for achieving the deliverables.
