The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is announcing a tender for the contracting a service company or consortium of companies to support GIZ projects with the organisation of the regional conference, within its regional project “Strengthening the Civil Society in the Eastern Partnership Countries”.

All activities shall be conducted according to the Terms of Reference (ToR).

For the Terms of Reference and eventual questions, please address a message to the e-mail: tenders-giz-moldova@giz.de, indicating the tender number in the message title, not later than 11.08.2023, time 15:00.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

1. Technical offer (maximum 5 pages, excluding CVs, Certificates, and authorizations) based on the terms of reference must contain the following chapters (in a separate sealed envelope):
   • Company / organization profile
   • Brief strategy for delivering the service according to the ToR
   • Processes (presentation and explanation of the implementation plan, work activities, milestones, schedule; integration of partner contribution etc.)
   • Management of the project (approach and procedure for project coordination)
   • Description of relevant implemented projects (at least 3) in the last 3 years
   • Certificates and authorizations confirming the permission to carry out the requested activities
   • Other relevant documents.
2. Financial Offer (in a separate sealed envelope):
   • Assignment of the personnel
   • Other expenses requested in the ToR, grouped by categories
   • Total financial costs related to each deliverable within ToR

Please provide your financial offer in MDL, 0% VAT%.

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes (physical form), showing the tender number (83444836) and subject on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau (73/1 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Boulevard, NBC building; 9^th floor, Chisinau) not later than 14.08.2023 time 15:00.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than Moldovan Lei, will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
