Cahul Business Center announces the selection of a company for providing awareness Campaign services within the project „ITM BCS BSB, BSB136 - Increase Trading and Modernization of the Beekeeping and Connected Sectors in the Black Sea Basin”. The project ITM BCS BSB, BSB136 is funded under the call for proposals of Black Sea Basin ENI CBC Programme 2014-2020.

Project descprition:

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows:

Project project „ITM BCS BSB, BSB136 - Increase Trading and Modernization of the Beekeeping and Connected Sectors in the Black Sea Basin”, aims to develop and modernize apicultural business and also promote and develop trade and partnership in the Black Sea Basin

Specific objectives of the Project

Creating and developing a common framework for the establishment and operation of the of the Black Sea basin Apiculture Producers Network with the role in promoting and monitoring it for increasing cross-border trade opportunities and modernizing the beekeeping sector and related activities.

Stimulate the growth of the competitiveness and viability of the beekeeping sector and related activities through the implementation of actions at the Black Sea Business network to improve the skills and knowledge of apiculture producers as well as their economic performance and market access.

Ensuring the visibility of beekeepers, the potential of the Black Sea Basin area and public awareness of the properties of apicultural products on health and increasing food safety by organizing events of an economic, cultural, educational, political nature, etc.

The selected company will provide the following services:

• The organization of Awareness campaign

Location

Republic of Moldova, mainly Cahul region

Eligibility of contractors

1) Experience in the field minimum 2 years.

2) Economic and financial capacity of candidate: The reference period which will be taken into account will be the last three years for which accounts have been closed.

The offer must contain:

1. The name of bidder;

2. The contact details and banking details of the bidder;

3. Technical offer (signed and stamped);

4. Detailed financial offer, VAT zero rate.

Working period:

Working period will be in April - July 2021.

Organization:

Contractor will work under guidance of Cahul Business Centre.

Financial arrangements:

Payment will be made in accordance with the Contract for providing services and certification by the project manager that the services have been performed satisfactorily.

The financial offer will be presented in MDL or EUR, VAT zero rate.

Evaluation criteria:

The price indicated in the offer is final and can not be adjusted after the deadline for submitting offers. The comparison of the financial offers will be made in MDL or EUR. The selection of offers will be based on the price and quality of services offered.

The deadline for submitting bids 23^th of April,  17:00 o’clock.

Delayed offers will be rejected.
