for the selection of a consulting company to support with design and layout

of communication and visibility materials

The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is looking for a company to support with design and layout of communication and visibility materials, within its project “Modernisation of Local Public Services in the Republic of Moldova”.

The successful bids shall include:

Technical offer (in a separate sealed envelope):

• Certificate of the organization registration (copy);
• Curriculum Vitae of the organization/Portfolio of design work and/or list of similar projects from the past with links to existing products (if such were made public). Samples of products could also be attached, but not more than 5 pieces of works relevant for this assignment;
• Recommendation letters from previous clients, if available;
• Technical offer with approach to implementation of the assignment(according to ToR);
• Company bank data, including bank name, code and IBAN in MDL;
• No-debt certificate issued by the Moldovan Tax Service or copy of the latest financial report;

Financial offer (in a separate sealed envelope): The financial offer will be made in MDL and shall be provided per task/deliverable. The financial offers provided shall contain a max. of 50 workdays for the assignment implementation.

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer (including company and experts experience, capacity to perform as required, correspondence of technical offer to the conditions set in the ToR) and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications shall be delivered in sealed envelopes, showing the tender number (83358686) and subject on it, to the address of GIZ Office Chisinau (66 Bernardazzi St., 5^th floor, left wing; Chisinau, MD-2009) not later than Friday, 24^th July 2020, time 17:00.

Please note that applications received after the deadline, as well as incomplete applications will not be considered. Financial offers containing other currency than MDL (Moldovan Lei) will not be considered. GIZ retains the discretion to re-advertise or cancel this tender.
