Opportunities through technologies and innovation in Moldova (OPTIM) is the project of Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, which is implemented by Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation in Moldova.
HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Zurich Sucursala Chisinau is an International NGO implementing project “Creating Job Opportunities through Improved Market Systems”. The overall goal of this RFQ is to engage an external auditing company to perform auditing of HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Zurich Sucursala Chisinau for project OPTIM.
The Financial Information of the project shall be audited in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA 805) “Special Considerations Audits of Single Financial Statements and Specific Elements, Accounts or Items of a Financial Statement”.

Offers must be submitted in hard copy format only. This shall contain two separate, sealed envelopes, one bearing the words ‘Technical Offer’ and the other ‘Financial offer’
