We are seeking a Quality and Standardization Manager for a company specialized in manufacturing electronic and electric wires and cables.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the quality control team;
- Ensuring compliance and standardization according to ISO standards;
- Resolving the issues of the quality assurance department;
- Interacting with clients and suppliers to understand client concepts and requirements, and leading the quality team to ensure that these requirements are met throughout the production process;
- Taking responsibility for quality audits and ensuring that company processes comply with relevant standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Higher education, preferably in the field of electronics;
- Experience in a similar position at least 2 years;
- Advanced knowledge of Romanian and English, Russian- an advantage;
- Knowledge of IPC standards, UL – preferred, as well as ISO 14001 and 9001:2015 certification.
- Strategic thinking, responsibility and open mindness.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
