Silvia has a rich career, and over the past 20 years, she has applied her knowledge and competences in various positions with national and international organizations for development, such as the United States Peace Corps in the Republic of Moldova, Programs funded by the USAID, DFID, UNDP, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Canada Fund for Local Initiatives at the Embassy of Canada in Romania, Bulgaria and Moldova!
