Proposals must be submitted directly in Quantum NextGenERP supplier portal following the link: http://supplier.quantum.partneragencies.org using the profile you may have in the portal (please log in using your username and password).Please search for the tender using search filters, namely Negotiation ID: UNW-MDA-2023-00013.1 Once subscribed to the tender, you will be able to receive notifications in case of amendments of the tender document and requirements

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
