USAID MISRA is pleased to invite interested organizations to the Presentation and Questions & Answers Session for APS Fintech solicitation on February 16, 2023, 14.00 Chisinau time.

Nathan Inc., as prime contractor of the U.S. Agency for International Development-funded project Moldova Institutional and Structural Reforms Activity (MISRA), is seeking Concept Papers from entities to propose initiatives that would support research and/or development and implementation of fintech related products, services, processes etc. Proposals should include sustainability plans after the initial grant funding. Ideas are encouraged that: include private sector coordination with government stakeholders; have a positive impact on citizens and businesses throughout Moldova; and/or that would strengthen inclusion, including marginalized groups and an/or that benefit women in business or women-owned or operated businesses.

Applicants may submit a proposal for a grant award of up to $150,000. Application requirements and review criteria are outlined in the APS.

Concept Papers will be accepted on a rolling basis from January 16, 2023 to June 30, 2023 and will be reviewed by the Grants Review Committee (GRC) in the order they are received.

The USAID Moldova Institutional and Structural Reforms Activity (MISRA), implemented by Nathan Associates Inc, seeks to support Moldova’s economic recovery, advance the Government of Moldova’s economic Action Plan, strengthen public economic governance institutions, improve the trade and investment enabling environment, and accelerate financial sector reforms and inclusiveness.

The Presentation and Questions & Answers session will take place online.
