The role covers financial and budget management for projects and the shared office, internal and donor reporting, internal control, cash flow, audits and supervision of local teams. Detailed missions are outlined on the Expertise France recruitment platform. 

Profile: Master’s degree in finance, accounting or audit and at least five years of relevant experience. Sound knowledge of institutional donor requirements, particularly European Union rules. English and Romanian required; French is an asset.

Conditions: Based in Chișinău, employed through a third-party employer and assigned to Expertise France. One-year contract, renewable subject to confirmation. Start date: as soon as possible.
