For our client, an international company based in the Netherlands that provides employment solutions for highly skilled non-EU professionals entering the Dutch labor market and is also a recognized sponsor with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), we are looking for a Sales Representative.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Representative in Moldova to introduce their services to potential clients, tailor solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
You’ll collaborate with the team in  Amsterdam and play a key role in supporting Highly Skilled Migrants.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospects.

• Communicate in English via email and phone.

• Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close agreements.

• Manage onboarding documentation and compliance.

• Support employment contracts and immigration processes.

• Represent the company at events in the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).

• 3+ years in business services, ideally in an international context.

• Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
