Sales Representative
For our client, an international company based in the Netherlands that provides employment solutions for highly skilled non-EU professionals entering the Dutch labor market and is also a recognized sponsor with the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service (IND), we are looking for a Sales Representative.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Representative in Moldova to introduce their services to potential clients, tailor solutions, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth onboarding.
You’ll collaborate with the team in Amsterdam and play a key role in supporting Highly Skilled Migrants.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospects.
- Communicate in English via email and phone.
- Prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close agreements.
- Manage onboarding documentation and compliance.
- Support employment contracts and immigration processes.
- Represent the company at events in the Netherlands.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- 3+ years in business services, ideally in an international context.
- Proactive, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
