The MEAL Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the MEAL system across projects, ensuring corrective actions are taken when needed and documenting lessons learned. They oversee the collection and analysis of data, prepare high-quality reports, and manage feedback and complaints from beneficiaries and other target groups.

Duty station - Chisinau/Bălți/Comrat, Moldova

Salary range – 27.560,00 – 34.660,00 MDL gross

Based on the assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and previous experience.

Education & Work Experience

Qualification:

- Master degree in social studies (e.g. sociology, statistics)/related fields or track record of relevant experience, including research experience and skills.

-Minimum 5 years of experience

- minimum 2 years of experience in M&E activities (designing and carrying out M&E activities that are necessary throughout project cycle, such as studies, baseline, endline, PDM and evaluations)

- 2 years of managerial experience.

- Report writing skills, being able to explain the insights, document field observations and information obtained through quantitative and qualitative methods and provide feedback to programme/project teams through clear reporting.

- Technology and software related skills, ability to utilize computer packages and applications in data collection, data analysis, storage and dissemination.

- Experience in the NGO/INGO field with a focus on civil society development and/or emergency programs is an advantage.

- languages – English/Romanian/Russian - Fluent in all aspects

Type of contract - Employment contract; Full-time work

Expected Duration of Assignment - 15/11/2024 - 30/09/2025
