Key areas of responsibility
- Development and implementation of information campaigns on employment measures for jobseekers, including Ukrainian citizens who are refugees on the territory of the Republic of Moldova. Organising and conducting interviews with the unemployed, including Ukrainian citizens, employers who have benefited from the employment measures and distributing interviews on local television.
- Elaboration and implementation of an information campaign on the employment of persons with disabilities, registered with ANOFM, including Ukrainian citizens refugees on the territory of the Republic of Moldova.
- Visiting localities and informing refugees, unemployed people from Moldova and the business environment (business associations, business incubators) in order to present information about the services and measures offered by ANOFM.
- Collaboration with territorial employment structures, LPAs and other structures in organizing informative meetings on employment measures.
- To consult the central and local public authorities, employers on the manner established by the legislation on the employment of Ukrainian refugee citizens on the territory of the Republic of Moldova, the conditions for benefiting from ANOFM services.
- Consulting employers on the legal process of employing citizens; in collaboration with the IGM in order to apply the legal residence for work purposes;
Qualifications and skills required:
Academic qualifications:
- University degree.
Experience and knowledge:
- Previous work experience in the field
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point, database usage
Powers:
- Fluent knowledge of Romanian, Russian and English
- Good analytical skills and good oral and written communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively under stress and in crisis situations.
- Cultural and gender awareness.
