The main task of the Human Resources Officer (HRO) is to support CP in all aspects of HR and all the components of the employee life cycle.

The HRO tasks include HR planning, recruitment, hiring, induction procedures, payroll, evaluation, and contract termination procedures. HRO ´s main responsibility is to ensure the HR standards and procedures are always followed at the best possible level. In cooperation with the country programme management and HR Manager, HRO sets and maintains the HR standards on the region and country level.

Duty station – Chisinau 

Salary range - 23520,00 - 24960,00 MDL brut, based on experience and profile

Expected Duration of Assignment - 01/09/2024 - 31/12/2025

Education & Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Business Administration, or another related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience, preferably in NGO sector or similar environment;
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations and, HR administration, familiarity with local Labor laws and regulation.
  • Strong personal and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion; excellent organizational and time management abilities; conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding HR best practices and legal requirements; awareness of the unique challenges and dynamic of working in the NGO sector.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards; ability to work independently and as part of the team; cultural sensitivity and commitment to diversity and inclusion;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Outlook), knowledge of HR software such as HRIS, Workable is an advantage.

Languages:

  • Fluent in Romanian, good knowledge of Russian and English;
