The Project Assistant, part of the Social Inclusion and Protection Sector within the Relief and Development Department (RDD), is responsible for implementing all case management steps, including protection assessments, developing case plans, and strengthening the protective environment for refugee children in Moldova. The Project Assistant ensures that children at risk are identified and receive support through documentation, assessments, action plans, direct services, referrals, and follow-ups for their caseload. The role also includes service mapping activities, maintaining a database of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) with information on focus areas, locations, and INGO collaborations. The Project Assistant participates in data collection, verification, and analysis, contributing to comprehensive reports and presentations to stakeholders, ensuring coordinated and effective support for children and families.

Salary range-12920,00 – 13710,00 MDL brut, based on experience and profile

  • university degree in social work or psychology or relevant field,
  • work experience in humanitarian and development fields,
  • experience in working the children, youth, and refugees

Languages – Russian and Romanian (required), English (desirable),
