The Project Assistant is part of the project management team of the Civil Society and Good Governance Programme Sector within the Relief and Development Department (RDD).  She/he together with the project manager and project officer is responsible for overall project support, including assistance to project/s administration, procurement, coordination of project events and activities, monitoring and evaluation, reporting and other on demand tasks of the Country Programme.

Duty station – Chisinau/Balti/Comrat, Moldova

Salary range-12920,00 – 18620,00 MDL brut, based on experience and profile

Education & Work Experience:

Assistant:

  • Minimum 1years of project management related experience;
  • College diploma or University Degree (recommended);
  • Basic Research Skills and attention to detail: Understanding of project management principles; collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple project tasks simultaneous

Technical Assistant:

  • Minimum 2 years of project management related experience;
  • College diploma or University Degree (highly recommended);
  • Organizational skills: mastering time management & effective planning;
  • Basic understanding of project management principles;
  • Effective collaboration in multidisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple project tasks simultaneously;

Strong attention to details; ability to maintain project documentation; basic skills in research and analysis, monitoring partners' implemented activities. Analytical thinking.

Languages – Russian and Romanian (required), English (desirable),

Type of contract - Employment contract; Full-time work

Expected Duration of Assignment - 15/07/2024 - 31/12/2024
