VACANCY NOTICE

OFFICE:                                NATO Liaison Office (NLO) in the Republic of Moldova
TITLE:                                   Driver and Security Aide
WORKING HOURS:             Full time, 38 hours per week
CONTRACT TYPE:              3-year definite duration, with a possibility to extend
LOCATION:                          Chisinau, Republic of Moldova

The NATO Liaison Office (NLO) in the Republic of Moldova represents NATO in the country and facilitates political dialogue and practical cooperation between NATO and the Republic of Moldova. Besides its public diplomacy function, NLO facilitates NATO’s advice and assistance in support of ongoing reforms and joint projects, as requested by the authorities of the Republic of Moldova.

The Driver and Security Aide provides reliable and safe driving and delivery services for the NLO, NATO staff and visitors, ensuring the highest standards of reliability, integrity and safety, and also supports NLO security and safety requirements.

Interested qualified candidates are invited to apply by e-mail to: admin.hr@nlo-moldova.hq.nato.int with the email’s subject line reading: “Application- Driver and Security Aide”.

Candidates are required to enclose the following materials, in English:
1. a CV/Resume;
2. a short motivation letter in English or Romanian (maximum one page), explaining the candidate’s motivation for this post and how s/he meets the required qualifications and experience;
3. a list of two professional references, including the name, position and contact details for each referee.

The deadline for application is: 07.07.2024.

The successful candidate will be offered a contract following a medical and background/security check.
