HR-Consulting Srl on behalf of its client (a beverage production company) is looking for a highly professional candidate to fulfill the position of:

Product Management Chief

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve app user experience, app content and user interactions.
• Develop and manage online trade marketing activities.
• Execute prize management including delivery process, bonus points management, prize selection and ordering.
• Execute and track App user acquisition communication campaigns.
• Discover brand relevant consumer insights that will support brand/company growth.
• Following and determining trends and new communication channels that will benefit user acquisition and brand positioning growth for the App.
• Build Sales Team training capabilities for customer enrollment

Requirements:

• Full higher education in marketing, communication, economics or management
• Min 1 year of experience in Product Management, Project Management, Trade Marketing or App Management roles
• Expert knowledge in App management/development & digital (social media) technology - how to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall online business strategy
• Good project management skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Analytical thinking
• Experience of work in cross-functional environment
• Proven success working in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, social media platforms
• Good organizational skills
• Fluent English, Romanian, Russian
