ACTED (Agency for Technical Cooperation and Development) is an international NGO founded in 1993 and headquartered in Paris. Its activities range from emergency relief to development projects. With a team of 5,900 national staff and 400 international staff, ACTED is active in 41 countries and implements more than 500 projects a year, reaching over 20 million beneficiaries. The unprecedented humanitarian disaster faced by the Ukrainians is taking a dramatic turn, and millions of people are displaced in various areas. ACTED helps ensuring they can receive the basic support they need, including water, food and hot meals, blankets, hygiene supplies and access to mobile heating points.

ACTED is looking for a FLAT Officer to join our team.

The mission of a FLAT officer is to provide the day-to-day implementation of the logistic function’s responsibility.

Responsibilities:

• Support and maintain functional all the ACTED Guest Houses in Edinet;
• In cooperation with the Log Team has to set up new computers and has to maintain all the laptops update and functional;
• Conduct market surveys and establish good relations with suppliers
• Display all Acted Policies and internal regulation and code of conduct on the information board, 
• Monitoring time sheet and signing attendance sheet of employees with duty base in Edinet and Otaci. 
• Maintain and improve office functioning (open, close the office, including utilities)
• Provide with office supplies (makes requests of coffee, water, and all needed in office).

   

Qualified candidates must have:

• University Degree;
• Computer Skills: Excel, Word, Sharepoint;
• Mandatory Local and English Languages.
