Who Are We?

Hey there! We're Dreamups, and we're crazy about startups, innovation, and all things entrepreneurial. Our mission is simple: to make Moldova a super-hub for startups by offering education, initial funding, and a whole lot of support. If you're as excited about this as we are, then keep reading!

So, What's the Job?

As our Community Builder, you’ll be the heart and soul connecting our amazing Dreamups family. Whether it's online or face-to-face, you'll make sure everyone feels like they're part of something big. Your role will be a mix of event planning, digital chats, storytelling, and social media fun. Intrigued? Awesome!

What Will You Be Up To?

• 🎉 Party Planner: Okay, not just parties, but events like webinars, meetups, and hackathons. You'll make them happen and make them memorable!
• 💌 Digital Chatterbox: Newsletters, email blasts, and updates - you’re the one keeping everyone in the loop.
• 📖 Story Hunter: You'll go after the incredible journeys of our startup founders and share their stories far and wide.
• 📱 Social Media Guru: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, you name it! You’ll curate and create posts that our community will love.
• 👋 Friend-Maker: Build lasting relationships within our startup ecosystem. Network with entrepreneurs, investors, and all sorts of cool people.

What Do You Need to Bring?

• A degree in something related like communications or marketing.
• You can chat and write really well.
• English proficiency at a B2+ level is a must.
• Social media is your playground.
• You’ve planned an event or two before and loved it.
• You're self-driven and can work without someone peeking over your shoulder.
