UNHCR is looking for a Supply Associate, Level G6 in Chisinau, Moldova.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Professional Work Experience:
Years of Experience / Degree Level
For G6 - 3 years relevant experience with High School Diploma; or 2 years relevant work experience with Bachelor or equivalent or higher
Certificates and/or Licenses:
Trade, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field

Other UN procurement and logistics trainings, such as IAPSO and UNPD

Desired Candidate Profile
UNHCR is looking for a Supply Associate.
The ideal candidate has relevant public procurement or UN/UNHCR experience in the field of Supply Management, procurement and/or logistics administration. Knowledge of public procurement principles and process workflows, UN/UNHCR policies is considered as an asset. Experience in working with Erterprise Resource Systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is considered an asset.
Knowledge of English is required, working level of Russian and Romanian is considered an asset.

This position is open to applications from internal and external candidates, provided that requirements regarding professional experience, academic qualifications, language, etc. are fulfilled.
Candidates must meet the essential minimum requirements of the position and must have either Moldovan citizenship or the legal status necessary to work in Moldova.

Remuneration
A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered. The annual net salary is between MDL 277,841 and MDL 324,136 depending on relevant experience, excluding dependency allowances (if applicable), mandatory medical insurance and pension fund enrollment.

Benefits
Annual leave: UNHCR staff members holding a fixed-term appointment will accrue annual leave at the rate of 2.5 working days for each full calendar months of service (i.e. 30 working days per year).
Pension system: Staff members holding a fixed-term appointment will become participants in the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF).
Health insurance plan: locally recruited staff members in Chisinau will be enrolled in the Medical Insurance Plan (MIP). The coverage is also optionally available for eligible family members.
