UNICEF Moldova is hiring a M&E Specialist (National Individual Consultancy) to support MER and PIU to establishing measurable results of the Multiplier Grant Programme, develop M&E framework and ensure that data is collected on a regular basis to monitor the results achieved.

Qualifications and experience:

• Advanced academic degree in Economics, Social Sciences, Management, Statistics, Public Administration, or equivalent qualifications in a relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, M&E, including results-based management, designing of M&E framework and data collection tools, data analysis and report writing.
• Previous experience with UNICEF/UN and other international funding organizations will be an asset.
• Familiarity with the education system of the Republic of Moldova and special education needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, both at technical level and policy level.
• Advanced knowledge of English and strong writing skills.
• Fluency in Romanian. Knowledge of Russian is desired.
