Call for Tenders for International Short-Term Consultancy Services for a communication and content development specialist

The Council of Europe is currently implementing a Project on “Strengthening the profession of lawyer in line with European standards” funded by the European Union and the Council of Europe in their Partnership for Good Governance II 2019-2022.
Within the framework of this project, the website “Regional Cooperation Network of Lawyers” - https://regionallawyersnetwork.coe.int/ru/ was developed as a tool for online communication and data exchange for the lawyers. The website includes also a depository of the international standards and national legislation on the profession of lawyer.
In that context, the Project is looking for a communication and content development specialist with extensive digital experience to ensure further regular updates (content development) of the website and community engagement.

Interested candidates are invited to apply as described in the Tender File and fill out the requested “Act of Engagement” form while attaching the “Documents to be provided”.
