We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Staff Leasing team in Moldova. You will be focused on different markets working directly with our Staffing Process Manager and support with all recruiting related duties.

To ensure success as a Senior Recruiter, you should have strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task. A top-notch Senior Recruiter understands the needs of our clients and ensures that only qualified candidates make it through to the final interview.

Main responsibilities:

- Cooperating with the Staffing Process Manager with any recruitment process from A to Z.

- Reviewing available positions, clients’ needs and candidate requirements.

- Communicating with candidates

- Contacting and verifying candidate references (when necessary).

- Managing the résumé database and making sure all employees receive replies to their applications

- Acting as backup for the Staffing Process Manager, including 4-eyes-check and daily business backup

What we expect from the candidates:

- Education: University degree in HR, Business Communication, Foreign Languages or similar fields

- Not less than 5 years of respective experience with the focus on the recruitment for the clients from different locations

- Languages: Fluent English is a must. Any other foreign languages is an advantage

- Software / tools / applications: MS Office proficient; Applicant Tracking Systems; experience in using LinkedIn or similar

- High attention to details and critical thinking

- High-level verbal, and written communication skills

- Solid organizational and time-management skills.

- Willingness to learn and to work hard to achieve deadlines and results

- Team-player personality.
