We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking Recruiter to join our Staff Leasing team in Moldova. You will be focused on different markets assisting with all recruiting related duties.

As a Recruiter, you should have good knowledge of recruitment techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.

Main responsibilities:

• Assisting the Recruitment Coordinator with any recruitment process from A to Z
• Reviewing available positions, clients’ needs and candidate requirements.
• Drafting job descriptions and posting job vacancies on social media and job sites.
• Assisting the hiring team in screening candidate résumés.
• Communicating with candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, and setting up interviews.
• Contacting and verifying candidate references.
• Managing the résumé database and making sure all applicants receive the proper feedback on a timely manner

What we expect from the candidates:

• University degree in HR, Business Communication, Foreign Languages, or similar fields
• Previous experience in Staffing @ Recruitment industry (not less than 3 years)
• Fluent English is a must. Any other foreign languages is an advantage
• Software / tools / applications: MS Office proficient; Applicant Tracking Systems; experience in using LinkedIn or similar
