Our company specializes in hiring and training virtual assistants around the world for real estate companies in the US. We are looking for a recruiter to assist us. We hire in Eastern Europe, the Philippines, and Latin America. The real estate companies are primarily looking for cold callers and inside sales agents. We provide full training to the hirees on their new roles.
Job Requirements:
- post jobs on popular websites/Facebook groups/social media to find candidates
- make sure all candidates meet the requirements
- qualify prospects based on our process
- find additional tools and sources of recruiting
- this is a day job, but sometimes you might have to be available during US work hours
We are looking for someone who is:
- Driven. You take ownership of your work and responsibilities. When given a task, you will put your best foot forward and deliver the best results
- Self-starter. You work with minimal supervision, but you must meet your target.
- Service-minded. You care about your reputation and the reputation of your company.
- A people's person. You must know how to screen people and how to communicate professionally.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Salary: starting salary is $750/month. This is a full-time position.
