Senior Legal Expert 

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE:

The Senior Legal Expert is responsible for all operational and legal aspects of support in the relationship between Tekwill, EU4Moldova and Startup City Cahul Projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide extensive legal expertise for the project deliverable;
• Provide support in the relationship between Tekwill, EU4Moldova and Startup City Cahul;
• Projects for the creation of the regional centers, their legal, management and operational regulations;
• Assist the team on compliance related issues (procurement, due diligence, etc);
• Support the team with daily operations related to new engagements, agreements, and other related dedicated support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  Higher education in Law, the Master – will be an advantage;
• Experience in the legal field for at least 4-5 years;
• Responsible person, with a spirit of initiative, organized, able to work in stressful situations;
• Fluency in English and Romanian;
