The Center for Health Policies and Studies (PAS Center) has received financing from the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria toward the cost of the „Advancing People-Centered Quality TB Care – From the New Model of Care Towards Improving DR-TB Early Detection and Treatment Outcomes” Grant, and intends to apply part of the proceeds to design and layout the English and Russian versions of the Standardized package of community-based supportive services to improve TB outcomes and Costing Tool.

The PAS Center now invites eligible individual consultant to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.

The Consultants are hereby invited to submit:

Expressions of Interest letter;

Their updated CV;

Copy of portfolio/samples of relevant design work, including 3 recent similar products (can be attached to the email message or through links provided in the letter of intent).

Please note that the PAS Center is not bound to accept any of the Expressions of Interest received.

The selection of consultants will be carried out in accordance with the procedures set out in the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers (June 2014).

Interested consultants may obtain Terms of Reference (ToR) and qualification requirements from the site: www.pas.md

The PAS Center will select a consultant on the basis of comparison of consultant’s qualifications for the assignment and conformity with the TOR’s requirements.
