YourCode (www.yourcode.co) is looking to continue its expansion across Europe by hiring a new team of IT Recruitment Consultants to operate remotely within an international market.
YourCode is a remote-first recruitment company, with an international client base spanning North America, United Kingdom, Poland & Germany. The team operates on a remote-first basis, with offices being used purely for collaboration purposes.
YourCode is looking for IT Recruiters who have the confidence to work remotely, delivering exceptional solutions to clients across multiple countries. The role itself will be reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment, giving the potential candidate exceptional career development opportunities and even the opportunity to relocate.
Responsibilities:
● Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
● Supporting the client development team with winning new business
● Sourcing new candidates for jobs within the technology space
● Helping to build the online brand of the company through social media
● Working closely with hiring managers to educate around the local talent market
● Conducting interviews with relevant candidates and creating a shortlist
Requirements:
● Confident English language skills (written and spoken)
● Experience working as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally within Technology
● A good understanding of IT Technologies (any qualifications would be advantageous)
● Strong will and desire to succeed
● The ability to influence people at critical stages of the recruitment process
● Confidence to work remotely
