               Engineer Product Group Leader

Company : Sumitomo Electric Bordnetze (SEBN MD) - the global manufacturer in the automotive industry, whose customers are, in particular, the Volkswagen Group (Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Bugatti and Porsche)

Your tasks:

• Analysis and implementation of the production concept;
• Delta Calculation of production times (Module Assembly and Final Assembly);
• Perform detailed capacity study for C&C, PFA and assembly;
• Definition of the need of equipment, ordering the necessary equipment, preparation of installation plan, follow up the orders and installations;
• Analyze the spare part order structure and the technical status;
• Clarification of technical problems in collaboration with CPE;
• Follow up FMEA actions;
• Contribution to layout check and implementation;
• Preparation for spare part production order;
• Implementation of engineering changes;
• Supervise the activities of PPE Product Technician;
• Preparation of the workplace (transport medium, ways, additional equipments etc.) in assembly/testing/packing;
• System calculation;
• Preparation of training documentation and performing the theoretical and practical product specific training for trainers;
• Support by process handover and release of the workplaces;
• Checking new components master data and the drawing;

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree;
• Experience on a similar position (Automotive supplier company) is a plus;
• Strong production engineering/manufacturing engineering background;
• Fluent in English and German (is considered a plus);
• PC literate;
• Drawing interpretation Knowledge;
• Communicative, creative and open to changes, attention to details.
