Innovate Moldova Programme is a national strategic initiative aimed at strengthening Moldova’s innovation ecosystem, enhancing business resilience, developing workforce capabilities, and increasing competitiveness and integration into the European market. The Programme focuses on high-growth sectors including ICT, startups, engineering, creative industries, light manufacturing, e-commerce, and the green economy.

Funded by Sweden and the United Kingdom and implemented by the Foundation for Advancement of Moldova, the Programme works in partnership with the Government of the Republic of Moldova and key stakeholders from the private, academic, and associative sectors.

As part of project activities, Innovate Moldova is conducting an E-commerce Market Study in the Republic of Moldova which serves as a platform for analysing and developing Moldova’s digital economy. Supported by partners from the business community and the innovation ecosystem, the program aims to generate data, analyses, and recommendations to accelerate the digital transformation of the economy.

Questions: Questions regarding the technical or administrative requirements of this RFP may be submitted no later than 17.00 local Chisinau time on October 02, 2026, by email to procurement@innovate.md.
