Achiziții de bunuri și contractări de servicii

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is currently implementing its project “Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energies in the Republic Moldova E4M” As part of this project GIZ intends to award a contract for construction works – energy efficiency measures for a public building on the left bank of the Dniester River of the Republic of Moldova. The scope of work includes:

1. Façade and base thermal insulation (and complementary measures)
2. Thermal insulation over the heated space.

To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment:

• Official letter expressing interest
• Company details including full company name, full address, phone and email
• Copy of company registration certificate in the Republic of Moldova or the extract from the relevant State Register
• Company profile including number of employees (permanent / temporary in total) and number of professional staff qualified to perform the work, each for the last three (3) years
• Proof of a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction sector with verifiable references including value of work (for each of the last five (5) years).
• References of works of similar nature in the field of energy efficiency in civil or public construction as specified above (at least 3 examples worth 1000000 MDL or more, within the last three (3) years)
• Annual total turnover for each of the last three (3) years (minimum of 6 500 000 MDL/year)

The information and documents specified above shall be submitted to GIZ in PDF format on 17^th of September 2026 by 15.00 local time  at the latest to the following email address:

The subject line must be clearly marked as follows: “Expression of Interest for construction works – energy efficiency measures for a public building on the left bank of the Dniester River of the Republic of Moldova.

Please do not send technical or price offers or other documents not requested. Kindly note that complete tender documents will be sent to all companies that will be assessed as eligible by GIZ based on the information and documents submitted as specified above.
