1. The Republic of Moldova has received financing from the European Investment Bank toward the cost of the Fruit Garden Project (in amount of 120mln EUR), and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for procurement of a combine harvester for the final beneficiary Agro-Industrial College from Ungheni. All the goods are procured within the INVESTMENTS IN INFRASTRUCTURE Component of the “Fruit Garden of Moldova” Project.

2.    The implementing agency/Purchaser - Consolidated Unit for Implementing and Monitoring the Wine Sector Restructuring Program (UCIMPRSVV) now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply of agriculture machinery and accessories. Supply period is up to 45 working days from contract signing date. The Bidder must bid for 100% of requested items and adjacent services.

3.    Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) in accordance with the EIB Guide to Procurement and is open to all eligible Bidders. Eligible foreign Bidders wishing to participate are allowed to do so, on the same terms as national Bidders.

4.    Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information and/or request an electronic copy of the bidding documents from: UCIMPRSVV, PIU Procurement Department, Email: office@winemoldova.md. The Bidding Documents are provided free of charge (in electronic format) and shall be sent via e-mail, upon written request (to the email mentioned above).

5.    Bidders Qualification Requirements:

(i) Experience and Technical Capacity:

• The Bidder shall furnish documentary evidence to demonstrate that it meets the following experience requirement(s):

1) The Bidder shall have been in operation for at least last 5 (five) years (2025-2021) in the supply of agricultural machinery and shall provide a valid Manufacturer's Authorization for the agricultural machinery offered under this tender;

2) The Bidder shall demonstrate successful completion, during the last 5 (five) years (2025-2021), of at least 3 (three) contracts for the supply of agricultural machinery of similar nature and complexity. Note: this documentary evidence should be presented together with the bidding documents.

• Financial Capacity: The Bidder shall demonstrate adequate financial capacity to successfully perform the Contract, as specified in the Bidding Documents.

 6.   Bids (in a sealed envelop) must be delivered at or before: 13.00 hour, September 17, 2026, to the following address:

7.    Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected.  Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at 13.00 hour, September 17, 2026 (at the above-mentioned address, point 6)
