United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, through the “Resilient and Inclusive Markets in Moldova (PRIM II)" Project, hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for the provision of services for the development and implementation of a cluster-based commercial growth and market access programme in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
