Background Information on Plan International

The tender includes:
- Grant audits in Moldova and Ukraine
- National audit requirements and reporting
- Framework cooperation for a period of 3 years
Eligible applicants must be legally registered audit firms with relevant professional qualifications and demonstrated experience in grant and financial audits.
