Venue and Catering Services for the Round Table: “Towards a Broad Political and Societal Consensus on the Reform of Local Public Administration in the Republic of Moldova: Functional Visions and Solutions”

Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung will organize the round table event “Towards a Broad Political and Societal Consensus on the Reform of Local Public Administration in the Republic of Moldova: Functional Visions and Solutions” in Chișinău, Republic of Moldova on 26 May 2026.

The event will bring together representatives of public authorities, political parties, academia, civil society organizations, development partners, and other stakeholders to discuss visions and practical solutions regarding the reform of local public administration in the Republic of Moldova.

In this context, the Foundation is searching for a venue that will meet the following requirements:

• The venue shall be able to host up to 80 participants in seated format from 09:00 to 14:30;
• The venue shall be situated in a central location with easy access for all participants;
• In-house catering services shall be available, covering one welcome coffee, one coffee break, and one lunch for 80 participants;
• High-quality audio-visual equipment shall be available;
• Adequate restroom facilities, including accessibility features for disabled participants;
• Adequate parking facilities and proximity to public transportation.

Evaluation Criteria

The proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Venue’s location, facilities, catering options, and access;
• Overall cost-effectiveness.
