ACTED, implementing the project “Reduce the impact of the conflict on refugees in Moldova & ensure access to humanitarian assistance” under UNHCR’s funding, is inviting suppliers of works to submit offers for at least one lots for the following Ocnita Border, Police Sector installation and rehabilitations:

The tender will be conducted using ACTED standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers and service providers. The Bidding Documents (in English) may be collected free of charge by all interested bidders at the following address(es):

• ACTED representative office in Kogalniceanu 12, mun. Chişinău 2001, Moldova

The offer must be submitted to ACTED Logistics department in a sealed envelope marked “Not to be opened before 10/04/2026” and the Tender reference number above. If the offer is sent by email, it must state in the object “Offer for tender T/67GLN/YG3/PCP/CHS/INFRA/27032026/1 to the following email: moldova.tender@acted.org, cc : tender@acted.org

Potential bidders are encouraged to consult the ACTED website regularly for potential modification to the present tender and/or to the bidding documents.

A optional visit to the site of Ocnita Border, Police Sector at the following address: 50 ani ai Biruinței, nr. 42 street can be organized  according to the request from the bidder by E-mail at moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org.

The site visit will be followed by an information session where all works providers are welcome to ask any questions. Site visit is optional.

All bids must be submitted before 10 of April  2026, at 2pm Moldovan time at the address(es) mentioned above in a sealed envelope or by E-mail to moldova.tender@acted.org, Cc tender@acted.org. Late Bids will be automatically rejected.

ACTED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to ACTED.

A tender opening session will take place on 10 of April at 3PM  in the ACTED representative office in str. Kogalniceanu 12, mun. Chişinău 2001, Moldova. The presence of bidders’ representative is allowed – according to the request by the phone or by email to moldova.tender@acted.org and CC tender@acted.org.
