United Nations Development Programme, hereinafter referred to as UNDP, hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal to update the Low Emission Development Programme of the Republic of Moldova until 2030 in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal no.RfP26/03239.

The services under the current assignment include provision of a detailed critical analysis of the implementation of the Low Emission Development Programme of the Republic of Moldova until 2030, compared to the established vision, scope, objectives, and to update the Programme accordingly, in compliance with the requirements of Government Decision No. 386/2020 and in alignment with Moldova’s updated climate policy framework, in particular the nationally adopted NDC 3.0.
