The German Development Cooperation through GIZ is announcing a tender for the contracting a service company to support GIZ with the event management services for the project “EU4Youth: Youth Engagement and Empowerment”.

Interested bidders are required to submit the following set of documents:

1. Technical offer (maximum 5 pages, excluding CVs, Certificates, and authorizations) based on the terms of reference must contain the following chapters (in a separate sealed envelope):
   • Company / organization profile
   • Brief strategy for delivering the service according to the ToR
   • Processes (presentation and explanation of the implementation plan, work activities, milestones, schedule etc.)
   • Management of the assignment (approach and procedure for assignment coordination)
   • Description of relevant implemented projects (at least 3) in the last 3 years. References to previous organisation events may be presented as external content (links).
   • Certificates and authorizations confirming the permission to carry out the requested activities
   • CVs of proposed team and experts. The CV submitted for each expert can have a maximum of three pages.
2. Financial Offer according to the price schedule. Please provide your financial offer in MDL, 0% VAT%.

All documents shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, showing the tender name and number (7000002469) on it.

Bids evaluation will be performed based on the ratio 70% for the technical offer and 30% for the financial offer.

Applications submitted after the deadline, in other currency  then MDL (Moldovan Lei) or inappropriately sealed, as well as incomplete offers will not be considered.
