We are inviting you to submit the tender offers for providing venue services including hotel, conference room, catering services (coffee break, business lunch banquet) for 2026 in Chisinau.

Offeror must comply with the requirements detailed in attached Tender Notice (TN).

TN with detailed instructions on bidding and other documentation is attached to announcement and consist of:

• TN (in English and Romanian)
• Annex 1 – Quotation form (template)
• Eligibility Sworn Statement

If any of the bidders requires any clarification relating to the tender, such question should be sent to PIN by e-mail to the following e-mail address tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net.

Questions could be answered only until 24.11.2025, 11:00. PIN does not guarantee that all questions will be answered.

If PIN answers the question, all other bidders will be copied the answer. Communication will be held through e-mail.

All offers shall be submitted with the “MDAC000500/‘Bidder Name’’ in a subject line to the following e-mail address: tender.moldova@peopleinneed.net

Applications submitted after the deadline, or inappropriately sealed, as well as incomplete offers, will not be considered.

Submission deadline for offer is 26.11.2025, 11:00, Chisinau Time.
