United Nations Development Programme, through “Enabling an Inclusive Green Transition in the Republic of Moldova" Project hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a proposal for the development and implementation of an Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) scheme in the Republic of Moldova, aligned with EU best practices and regulatory frameworks in accordance with the General Conditions of Contract and the Terms of Reference as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
