The contract will be awarded to the lowest price substantially compliant offer

Prices shall be quoted in MDL or USD with VAT 0%, acc. to the GD 246 of 08.04.2010. (In case other currency is offered, the comparison of offers will be based on the prevailing IOM rate of exchange (link to the website with rates  https://treasury.un.org/operationalrates/OperationalRates.php  ).
