United Nations Development Programme, through its “Accelerating a Just Energy Transition” (JET) Programme hereby invites prospective proposers to submit a bid for the preparation of the Technical Design for improvement of the energy efficiency in four multi-storey residential buildings, as detailed in line items section of this RFQ.
