International Organization for Migration kindly requests your quotation for the provision of the Romanian language classes.
Background
The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is committed to supporting the Ukrainian refugees and local communities of the Republic of Moldova in addressing employment and integration challenges that affect sustainable development and the well-being of its communities. The refugee crisis affects the entire socio-economic fabric of the country and contributes to increasing tensions between host communities and refugees. IOM works to provide support to the displaced persons from Ukraine and local communities, by conducting Romanian language classes for both refugees and local community to facilitate employment, social cohesion, integration and empowerment, peaceful coexistence, through the provision of Romanian language classes in key communities hosting refugees.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this call for proposals are to:
1. Enhance Employment opportunities for refugees and local community members: Learning of Romanian language by refugees and locals that would like to enhance their job opportunities in Republic of Moldova.
2. Strengthening Social Cohesion and Integration in the communities: Learning Romanian language classes by refugees and locals will encourage social interaction and foster a sense of belonging among different community groups.
Eligibility
Proposals are invited from accredited companies providing Romanian language classes in Chisinau, Cahul, Comrat and Balti based on an elaborated curriculum for Grade A1, A2.
When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the RFQ information. It is your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline. Quotations received after the submission deadline, for whatever reason, will not be considered for evaluation.
