People in Need Moldova announces a call for applications for the Consultant of End-line Evaluation. The evaluation study will cover the mid-term performance of development programme titled “Modernization, innovation and use of knowledge for the Moldovan diary sector – support to farmers in the northern Moldova” financed by Czech Development Agency and implemented by People in Need (PIN) between 2022-2024.
