INTERSOS office in Chisinau, Moldova is looking for a band/orchestra to provide entertainment during an awareness-raising event on October 5, 2024.
The applicant has to have a legal status. Both nonprofit and for-profit entities will be considered, however nonprofit organizations will be prioritized. Companies managing bands/orchestras will also be considered.
The band/orchestra must have at least 5 members and have experience in adapting and performing Ukrainian music. The ability to perform music representing or derived from ethnic minorities’ cultures, such as ethnic Roma music, will be considered an advantage.
The band/orchestra/company must have worked with at least 3 international organizations (Embassies, UN Agencies, international organizations) during the past 2 years.
The band/orchestra/company will be required to provide entertainment in the form of live acoustic music on October 5, 2024, for a total duration of not less than 45 minutes. The band/orchestra/company will be responsible for ensuring the presence of the equipment they will need.
In order to apply, the following are requested:
- Links from 3 events organized by Embassies, UN Agencies, international organizations in which they participated in the past 2 years;
- Confirmation they can perform or ensure the performance of Ukrainian music and of ethnic Roma music (if applicable);
- Hold a legal status;
